Almost, but not 100%. All of the protein shake recipes include unsweetened almond milk, but there are a few breakfast recipes that include eggs and yogurt. However, there are many dairy-free options! .

This program is indeed high protein and low carb! It's designed with optimal macros in mind to help you lose weight and replace fat with lean muscle.
Is this Meal Plan Vegan friendly?
The meal plan is not specifically vegan. We do include animal meats in most of the lunch, and dinner meals. We also give you the option to have a protein shake. That being said… There is a wealth of knowledge in the Fat Burning Meal Plan that you can use to create your own meal plans based on your own unique specifications. You could easily replace the meat in the recipes with eggs, beans, veggie burgers, Nuts/Almonds/Peanut Butter, Lentils, Quinoa/Rice, Brown Rice pasta, Spinach, and lots of other options. Lots of the snack and healthy dessert recipes are vegan friendly.
What if I'm really busy? Can I still do it?
I totally get it. I've designed many of these meals to be quick, on-the-go options that are delicious as leftovers as well. I like to carve out some time over the weekend to prep. Plus, the meal plan and grocery lists, take the guesswork out of “What’s for dinner?”
