CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR THE WELCOME KIT
Let’s get started! An email will be sent to you shortly with your FREE download of the Fit Over 40 program. Each day during the challenge, I'll email you a workout. From from walking to yoga to barre, your workouts will be delivered straight to your email bright and early every morning.
